The honest promise
Your phone can’t measure blood pressure. We will never pretend it can.
BP & Sugar Log records the numbers from the devices you already trust. No camera tricks, no fake readings, no ads. Your data is never locked behind a paywall: the doctor report and the full export are free, forever.
Three steps. Ten seconds.
Step 1
Measure
Use your own blood pressure monitor or glucose meter, as your doctor showed you.
Step 2
Log in seconds
Type the numbers. Taking two or three readings? The app averages them, as heart associations advise.
Step 3
Share with your doctor
One tap makes a clean PDF with averages, medications and every reading.

Everything you need. Nothing you don’t.
Blood pressure, done right
Systolic, diastolic and pulse, with arm and position. Take two or three readings a minute apart and the app saves the average, as heart associations advise.
Blood sugar in context
Fasting, before or after meals, at bedtime. mg/dL or mmol/L, switched any time without rewriting your history.
A report your doctor can read
Averages, ranges, medications and every reading on a clean PDF. Share it or print it. Free, always.
Meds you recognise
Pick the shape of each medicine, tablet, capsule, syrup, injection, so you know it at a glance even when the name escapes you.
Gentle reminders
One reminder per time of day. It never shows the medicine's name on your lock screen.
Works with Apple Health
And Health Connect on Android. Readings from your connected monitor flow in, and what you log here flows back. Off until you turn it on.
Private by design
Your readings live on your phone. No account is needed. If you want a backup, you can sign in and keep an encrypted copy that only your account can open, and delete it, with your account, from the app at any time.

Trends and insights
See the pattern, not just the number.
Week, month or three months on one chart, with the reference range shaded. Insights point out what you logged, mornings against evenings, one arm against the other, fasting against after meals, in plain words.
Patterns in what you logged, never a diagnosis or advice.
Medications
Know every pill by its shape.
Names like atorvastatin are hard to remember. Give each medicine its form, tablet, capsule, syrup, injection, drops, inhaler or patch, and it gets its own colour and icon everywhere in the app.
Pick the times of day and you get one gentle reminder for each, without the name on your lock screen.

Doctor report
The appointment, in one page.

Questions
Can the app measure my blood pressure or sugar?
No. No phone app can. You measure with a home blood pressure monitor or a glucose meter, and log the result here in a few seconds.
Do I need an account?
No. Everything works on your phone without one. An account is only for an optional backup, so you can restore your history on a new phone.
Who can see my data?
Only you. We don’t sell data, show ads or use tracking. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
Is this medical advice?
No. The app shows standard reference categories (from the American Heart Association and the American Diabetes Association) next to your readings. It never diagnoses or suggests treatment. Talk to your doctor about your results.
How do I cancel Pro?
On iPhone: Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play, your profile, Payments & subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Your readings and reports stay free either way.
